Most visitors to Agra, the home of the Taj Mahal, only visit the Taj Mahal, but they are missing out on seeing Agra Fort, also an architectural wonder. This place is huge and quite historic as well. Worth the trip, so don’t miss it on your next visit.
Agra Fort is located in the town of Agra and sits near the edge of the Yamuna River west of the Taj Mahal. It’s about a four hour drive south of Delhi.

Lots of local places to eat here. I’d stay away from street food if possible and ensure you only drink bottled water.
