Why

Bristol is a quiet sleep town just across from Wales by the River Avon. It also happens to have beautiful suspension bridge linking it to Leigh Woods across the river. Sunsets from this area are pretty amazing to see. Plus, its a great side trip from London as its only 1.5 to 2.5 hours away by train.
