196. Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
I struggled with adding Gold Coast to this list, but then I realized that its popular for Australians, but not so much for non-Australians. This is an area of Australia that is great for beach, has access to a rain forest and great mountains as well, plus a nearby theme park.
Gold Coast is located just south of Brisbane, Australia which is the capital of the state of Queensland.

What To Do
There’s the beach. The area is called Surfers Paradise, so that tells you if you’re into surfing, this is the place to be. Sometimes the surf gets really rough so watch out. You can also go running and/or walking along the beach and just listen to the waves.
There’s a Warner Brothers Theme park nearby, called Movie World. so you can check that out. Also, you can go jet boating along the river. You can rent bikes too. Oh and visit the rain forest. So there’s tons of stuff to do.
