168. Hostalric, Girona
Hostalric is a very small with lots of good eats and a large castle at one end, plus a few towers around the city. The views from either end of this city is really worth the visit.
Hostalric is located in the province of Girona in the Costa Brava region of Catalunya. It is located north east of Barcelona.
How To Get Here
There are a few ways to get here, lets look at them:
There are national and local city buses in Spain to get you around.
Eurolines has service to from Girona then you can take the Teisa Bus to/from Hostalric to/from Girona.
The Sagales bus service will take you from the Barcelona airport and Barcelona as well as other areas in Catalonia to Hostalric.
The Spanish rail service, Renfe serves Girona. From there, you can take a bus down to Hostalric.
The closest airport is Gerona, Spain (GRO). There is bus service from the airport to the city.

brussels airlines (SN), Jet2.com (LS), Jetairfly (TB), Pobeda Airlines (DP), Ryanair (FR), Thomas Cook Airlines (MT) and Transavia (HV).
If you are already in the region you can take the drive. Just use a service like Google Maps for directions.
