70. Nagarkot, Nepal
Why Nagarkot, Nepal
Want a closer view of Mt. Everest mountain range? Well, if you head up to Nagarkot, Nepal you’ll get one. At 7,201′ (2,195m) elevation you do get a nice view of the range when standing in the right position. It is quite the journey to get to this area; winding roads, high elevation, its a rush, but the view is worth it.
Nagarkot, Nepal is a small town west of Kathmandu in Nepal.

The nearest airport is the Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu, Nepal. Then you get driver or rent a car or take a bus. I recommend acquiring a driver.
