A visit to the equator should be in your cards at some point. Quito, Ecuador is one of the places to experience this. Besides, walking through the city and having some of the local foods is totally worth it.
Quito sits in the north of Ecuador near to the Colombian border and of course on the equator.
How To Get Here
The Ecuador Rail offers train service.
The nearest airport is Mariscal Sucre International Airport (UIO).
