Where To Stay

The hotels here are almost all local properties and quite beautiful. There is a choice Hotel branded hotel called Pineapple Villas too. Some in the town while others are along the beach. Its nice to get up and just walk a few steps to the beach. Don’t be alarmed if you lose power for a short time as it comes back in an even shorter time :-).

What To Do

I’m not a fan of any kind of lizards, matter of fact anything that crawls, but here in Roatan, you must visit Arch’s Iguana and Marine Park. There are Iguanas literally dropping from trees. It’s a site to see and they actually let you feed them too. If that’s not your thing, then you can relax on the beaches, eat local food or go diving or just drive around this beautiful islands.
