Why Santiago, Chile
Santiago, Chile is a major city in South America, but it does not get visited often; most go to its neighbors Peru and Argentina. It’s worth a visit. I call Santiago the kissing city and you’ll see why when you visit. There are people kissing everywhere; its pretty amazing. There’s even a park where that’s all you see as you walk through the park :-).
