122. Shihfen, Taiwan
Do you like lanterns and mountains and good food and friendly people? Then head up to Shifen Station and enjoy all of these things. apart from all the above, you can walk the small streets and alleys with its well stocked stores and find some neat items.
Shihfen is located in the northeast of Taiwan north of Taipei up in the mountains.

Walk the area and check out the shops on the Old Shihfen street. Plus walk across the Jingan Bridge and check out the views below. There is also a night market nearby and of course check out the lanterns and be sure to light your own. The Shihfen waterfall is also nearby.
