St. Ann’s Head, Pembrokeshire wales is apparently, the sunniest place in Wales and I’d tend to agree. But I’d add scenic and windy as well :-). You’ll see what I mean when you decide to visit. Plus you can walk the coastal walkways and enjoy seeing many cows along the way.
