205. Warwick, Rhode Island USA
Small towns always have something unique that their larger counterparts don’t and Warwick has not failed. Like most airport located it does not get much billing; its the town where the providence Airport (PVD) is located. It’s got a beach where the sunset is divine and a pretty famous clam chowder place and it has ice cream. Check it out the next time you are in Providence.
Warwick is located south of Providence and is the town in which the Providence Airport is located.
How To Get Here
The nearest stop is in Providence, which is served by Amtrak.
The nearest major airport is Theodore Francis Green Memorial State Airport (PVD).
The following airlines serve the Theodore Francis Green Memorial State Airport (PVD); its quite an interesting set as well. I would look for additional international airlines coming soon:
American Airlines (AA), Delta Air Lines (DL), Frontier Airlines (F9), JetBlue Airways (B6), Norwegian Air Shuttle (D8), SATA International (S4), Southwest Airlines (WN), TACV Cabo Verde Airlines (VR), United Airlines (UA).
If you are already in the region you can take the drive. Just use a service like Google Maps for directions.
Where To Stay
A the airport is situated here, there’s an excellent choice of hotels. they can be quite expensive too as a result.
==>> Try Airbnb.
Where To Eat
You are in New England, so its seafood town. All types of seafood chowder can be had here. You must go to the very popular Iggy’s. Plus there’s ice cream.
